Yvonne Brusse was awesome! I recently started strength training in June for about three months, and my body had become a bit stiff. She knew exactly what she was doing — the session was amazing. She communicated well throughout the therapy, never overdoing or overstraining any muscle, and kept checking in with me and engaging while working. She even used suction cups as part of the therapy, which really helped relieve tension in my muscles and joints. She was strong, confident, and effective. Highly recommend her!

If you have to get anything done then come here and ask for Trevor. Not only is in insanely professional and punctual but he's also taking the extra time to make sure he's targeting specifically what your issue is and making sure he's using the exact right amount of pressure.
Trevor answered all my questions, have a great attitude throughout my session and also explained to me why I was feeling the pain I was in and also how to help it. Service was first class and helped more than I ever thought it would be able to.
I don't believe in miracles, but this is the next best thing.
