I had my whole top floor dont and have nothing but great things to say about not only Kevin but also the amazing job he did. Ok, so we bought a 1974 raised ranch in forest glade. Narrow board oak floor, in pretty rough shape. We remodeled and even removed a wall meaning the floor would need to be patched. Guy " LA Floor" did an amazing job with the patch, can't even find it, and I know where it is. They then sanded down the floors, stained a beautiful dark ebony and sealed the floor with 4 coats of premium varnish. Kevin gave me an excellent price and did a fanatic job. His team was polite and friendly. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have your floors done.Area completed- living & dining room, hallway, stairs and 2 bedrooms.
