Malden Road Veterinary Hospital is a trusted place for pet care. Dr. Jim and his staff are known for their friendly and professional service. They are experienced and knowledgeable, providing outstanding care for animals over many years. Dr. Jim takes the time to explain procedures to pet owners and answer their questions in detail. Clients feel lucky to have the team at Malden Road caring for their pets' needs. The supporting staff are also praised for their professionalism and helpfulness.
Dr. Jim has helped with my dog, both of my guinea pigs and gerbils. He took care of them, and got us in right away. He also showed me how I can help my one gerbil when he had a cyst. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Dr. Jim has been my vet for 4 dogs over the past 20-plus years. He is a gifted surgeon, compassionate, professional and I would not trust my SJA therapy dogs to anyone else. His staff is top-notch.
I was recently given the name of this clinic because of Dr. Jim and the wonderful care he provides.
So I began by reading reviews.
The many 5 star reviews are encouraging.
But the many one star reviews from long time patients (10 years or more) who have been turned away because of a 1 year rule is heart breaking.
I am concerned that no response has been offered regarding this issue.
Dr. Jim are you aware of how many patients have been turned away?
Dr. Jim is your staff as rude and inconsiderate to these costomers as the reviews indicate?
