Outstanding service from Giancarlo! We recently decided to tile our shower, and hired a company to do the removal and installation. After several no-shows and postponements, we reached out to Giancarlo at HD who didn’t hesitate to immediately step in and take over the job. He was prompt, professional, caring, and kind. 5 stars! We hired them for a bedroom bulkhead on a rather short notice and they were able to accommodate our small job in their schedule. They delivered as agreed. Completed the job on time and with good quality. They were careful with the details and kept us always informed of the status of progress. We are satisfied with the results.
