This review is a little long but I feel the details are important. My interactions for this installation were all conducted over the phone while traveling and my wife handled service in the home. When our original contractor-grade AC unit was rapidly failing during a summer heat event, I was able to contact Harris via online form on a Sunday evening and receive an early call back first thing Monday. We scheduled service for a half hour later and the service tech Ben was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was polite, professional and fast. I was having problems with my ac unit bringing musty air into my home and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong (changed my filter and cleaned my duct work). I called Harris heating and air conditioning and Chelsea was so great. She was able to get someone out to me immediately (that morning!). Josh came and goodness gracious! I am beyond impressed. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to thoroughly check everything! I will definitely be calling Harris again AND be suggesting them to friends and family.
Harris employees were professional, courteous and did an excellent job from start to finish. Highly recommend this company if you want quality work, service and products with a personal touch.
