Flo and his team at Fit & Healthy are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's the perfect gym with lots of equipment and personalized service. Flo responded immediately to my message about a personal trainer for my mom. He set up a time for us to tour the gym, have an evaluation, and talk about the best options for increasing mobility and strength. The eval included a mini workout, so she could get a feel for the training program. The team made us feel relaxed and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Fit & Healthy Centre!
Excellent personal fitness studio with great management and knowledgeable personal trainers. A variety of programs tailored to the individual fitness goals. So much better compared to other studios and mega clubs. I highly recommend Flo and his team!
Joined a month ago, and really pleased. Facility and equipment is very clean and sanitized regularly, which is reassuring in these COVID times. Physical distancing is easy also. Not crowded or over busy!! Flo is very professional and knowledgeable, and cares about his client's needs and goals. Trainers are awesome and knowledgeable and customize programs to your needs and abilities. Seeing results also, which is encouraging!
