I can't say enough about what an excellent experience I had. We had been traveling for a month and my glasses had loosened quite a bit. I could no longer see through the focal point and it was becoming hard to walk down stairs. Although I had not purchased my glasses here, my mother was a customer so John said he would try to fix them for me. What a difference! He fit them better than the original place where I bought them. I will definitely bring my next prescription here even though I live out of province.
