Excellent in-home service received today by their technician named Matteo (tech #448). Very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. Explained everything he was going to do and then summarized his work once completed. Matteo represents Bryant Heating & Cooling very well. Whenever I need service in the future, I will definitely request Matteo.
Ryan came to our house first to look at boiler. Everything was good. Ryan gave us very useful information.I requested for somebody to check our space pac. Shelby arrived for this appointment. Shelby is very professional and knowledgeable. She checked the space pac and repaired what needed to be fixed. We set up follow-up appointments for both the boiler and space pac. Shelby called the office to set this up. I would recommend this company.
