Just had 5 new windows put in and the installers, Mark and Tony, were professional and knowledgeable. Did the work in great time and cleaned up very well afterward. Highly recommended. Just one complaint unfortunately. When Dom came to give me an assessment, he quoted me a price and told me that I’d be in line for a rebate from the government of about $150.00 per window. So we okayed the work. Prior to the work being done, I emailed Dom to ask what would I have to do to apply for the rebate but I didn’t get a response. I was totally unaware of what I had to do since I’ve never done this before. On the day the installers arrived I asked about the rebate and I was told that weren’t sure if it was still available. I then googled for information, saw it was available and called. When I told the woman the windows were in she said I couldn’t apply because they had to see my old windows and then test the new ones all before the new ones were put in. It would have been good to know all this prior to the windows being put in. Being a pensioner on a fixed income, that rebate would have really helped. Just a heads up fo anyone planning on getting work done.
