The technician showed up on time, ready to inspect and had the right tools for the job. Rod Lucier was more than professional, he loaded the traps, set them in the right places and did some extra work on the outside of house where rodents were getting inside. He even traced a gas smell under the stairs near our water unit and helped me look for gas leaks. This wasn’t even his responsibility but he felt the need to help out and made sure we were safe. This was a pleasant experience and well worth the cost to have a professional come out. It gave our family a piece of mind. Thanks again Abell!
