Thank you to Stouffville Vet Clinic for calling me back after hours to provide support regarding our dog Theo. Then they went over and above and called first thing the next morning to check in! All of this was done as a courtesy and just general kindness. Wow! Thank you so much.
We’ve been going here with now two dogs, since 2013 and have always been happy with the “service”. This past month we had emergency care and the sad result of having to say goodbye to our 16 year old cockapoo. The compassion and care they gave was top notch. Dr MacMillan was so incredibly kind and ensuring we did all we could in the most humane way. I am forever grateful for all you did and continue to assist in our healing journey! The company they use for after care was the same. Truly grateful!
Staff at Stouffville Veterinary Clinic are caring and compassionate. Dr. Ashbourne is simply the best. Our dog has been a patient for 4 years and recently had issues walking. He was given exceptional care; Dr. Ashbourne took the time to explain every medication and procedure clearly and what our options were and she even called to check in on our dog. We're very happy to have found this clinic.
