Sabrina at the Rogers store in Stouffville is fantastic! She took the time to truly explain everything to me! She set me up with a new plan and made me feel so valued and heard! I’m not a technology person and she set everything up for me. She was kind, patient, honest and loyal to me. I’m so grateful for her support!

Wow! Great staff and customer service by “Sabrina” and “Arisha”.I went into this store this afternoon to ask about home internet. “Sabrina” and “Arisha” were super helpful and explained all plans and walked me through various options and what promotions were available. They are both very knowledgeable and polite and pleasant. I was able to choose the right plan for my home internet. Then I asked about any promotions for mobiles. They explained current offers and wow what a great promotion! So I switched my phone and my family’s cell phones. Simran and Sabrina, two of employees at this location, were extremely helpful and polite. We went to complain about an issue with rogers and we were very frustrated and angry but they dealt with us in an extremely helpful and caring way. Moreover, they stayed an extra hour and half after the store hours just to help us with our issue and took the extra step of calling customer service on our behalf to help us resolve the issue.I definitely recommend speaking with them if you need help with anything, they are doing an excellent job.
