“I met Joanne by looking up where I can purchase Jane Iredale products as I’m new to the area, and use clean makeup. This line is incredible. I called and she informed me how it’s best to make an appointment then she can give one on one service. So I made an appointment and came in. Her customer service is over and above. She’s very knowledgable and a make-up artist as well. She provided one on one service in helping me pick out an eyeshadow and lipstick. She tried them on me so I could see and even taught me how to use the makeup and put it on. She also made other recommendations as well and wrote those into a file she created for me.
The spa is top notch and the way she handles everything as far as “cleanliness” is like no other place I’ve been to. Very clinical as far as cleanliness.
She is friendly, kind and patient person. You will love her the first time you meet her. She also gets back to you right away if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her and her spa services as well.“
