“Our air conditioner and furnace broke down at the worst possible time. (dead of heat) We called in a technician who told us it would take at least a week to get it installed. I called my realtor who referred a sales rep from ecostar named Tracy. Tracy was quick, professional and knowledgeable. She came to the house and gave us a very reasonable quote the same day. We changed our original furnace, AC, and hot water tank the next day. The technicians were professional and fast. A few days later when our old humidifier leaked, Tracy sent a technician within the hour to fix it! We were so pleased with their service and it was a reasonable price compared to the other quote which was a bonus!!“

“My parents have a flat roof above their garage which was replaced in 2003 by Airplus. 17 years and still no leaks (which is amazing for a flat roof). They also had their regular roof done by Airplus as well.

I used them to replace my roof, and install a new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. 5 years later, still no issues. 5 years isn't much time for anything to break, but they are honest people and the work is good.

They work with you to get only what you need some, and while they are a bit expensive, they don't push for you to get anything more then you need (e.g. they talked me away from tankless as I plan to rebuild the house and I wouldn't save enough to offset the higher initial cost)

“Nima never disappoints, and is my “go to” guy at Mr. Heat who I’ve trusted in my HVAC repairs for 15+ years. He serviced my furnace, hot water tank and AC at my old house when we had issues and now has been there for us on a furnace blower motor failure in the winter (Mike came to fix that) and most recently a capacitor failure on my AC.
Nima still personally answers the phone and has always made sure to show up the day of my call, providing a full explanation after troubleshooting and fixing the issues - all at fair prices.
