These guys are the absolute best !!!
Last year we purchased flooring for a new office space. Ricky was a pleasure to deal with, he assisted us in choosing a product that looked amazing. His installer, Umid was nest, clean, professional and really detail oriented so the final floor looked amazing.
The product installed had a manufacturing problem (no fault of End of the Roll) and Ricky immediately came in and replaced the floor, taking out the old and installing the new (different better brand, at his expense to keep us happy) all within one day over the weekend, so that our business was not affected.

We recently had End of roll (Stouffville) install new carpeting on our upper floor. All went very well. There was an issue with 1 piece of carpeting for 1 room (Not Terry's fault) & Terry took care of this by ordering a new piece which prevented multiple seams in that room. Great job & great customer service!
As soon as I walked into this store I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. The owner Terry is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his clients much more than the money. Making sure that you are satisfied seems to be his mission. I went in with an inquiry and he took care of me and made sure I didn’t have to go anywhere else. I will use this company for ALL of my future flooring needs. I would rate this company 10 stars. He even gave me a piece of under padding that was “left over” but it was a very large piece and refused money. I can’t say enough about my experience. I will be back.
