“The WINMAR team was tasked with fixing the damage done to our garage because of a storm, which knocked down large tree branches onto the structure. Damage included holes punctured through the roof, as well as the siding.

Bob from WINMAR was in contact to outline what needed to be done and how it was going to be carried out. The team to address the roof got into contact first and, like Bob, were very clear and professional about what was going to be done, when and how. At different milestones, they would show me the work they had carried out and any new findings along the way.

Similarly, when the crew tasked with replacing and painting our siding got in contact, they upheld the same standard. They were proactive in connecting with me prior to visiting the site, kept me up-to-date throughout the process and regularly asking me to view their work and ensure it met expectations.
