“My family is Dr. Arunthavanathan, Sayenthavy and her assistant is Maleeha, she is amazing, She always accommodated with great appointment based on our schedule. I have been patience since 2016 and I’ve been satisfied with my Famliy Doctor and her assistant Maleeha.“

“This is a good clinic. The doctors are pretty kind, the staff try hard with their attempts at respect for trans patients, and their intake process is wonderful. It's amazing not having to wait in the waiting room and just get a phone call when your timeslot comes up.I will say, I did have one issue. I went in August 2023. They called in October 2023 to ask for my updated OHIP card. My OHIP card has not changed for a long time, definitely not any time at all before or after that August visit. They gave me a random lettercode that did not match mine at all. I don't know what happened, but it was really weird to me that they scanned my OHIP card in August, and somehow got incorrect information. However the issue did resolve and I will be returning the next time I need a walk-in.“

“I just need to give the reception here a huge post of gratitude and respect. It is incredibly uncomfortable watching what they have to put up with and they still continue to handle themselves with such grace and kindness. I have had to come into walk in more than usual over the last couple months and it is astonishing to see what these staff have to go through on a daily basis.It truly says so much about their character as I don’t know how many people could remain calm and collected in their mistreatment.A huge thank-you to you for all you do!And to all healthcare workers in these awful times.“
