Where do I even begin with this review… first, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Kaylee for making me feel like myself again! I was a client at the Beauty Boutique years ago but sadly moved away far enough that the drive wasn’t manageable anymore and I regrettably had to go somewhere else. For the past 4 yrs every salon visit was getting worse for me and I was never happy with my results, it was so bad I always cried leaving. I found another stylist close to home last year after moving back to Toronto and it was even worse. Exceptional customer service, warm and friendly environment. I wasn't happy with my haircut due to to some miscommunication on my part. Ladies called me right away, and had me come in to fix my issues. They're so understanding, and I'm happy with my haircut now! They really do go above and beyond.
