I have used this location for what seems forever. I am travelling and am in South Carolina. My grandson was using one of my vehicles back home in Whitby and the exhaust came apart. I called and spoke with John to ask if he would accept my visa number over the phone and then i could have my grandson come in for whatever the repair would entail. This shop is the BEST EVER! Not only did they take care of things within an hour, but they called me back to let me know that all was taken care of for an amount that i thought would be at least $1000 more. AWESOME GUYS! My first visit to them was with a car leak. George, the mechanic immediately made me feel comfortable. While checking for the leak, he found the cap on the radiator was loose and caused the spill. He topped the radiator fluid, cleaned up the messy leak under the hood and I was free to go. A month back I was at a nearby dealer who did work on the radiator and heater and must have left the radiator cap loose. I am still in shock in what they charged me. Will never go back. I have heard from a few other customers that at Speedy they trust Mike, the owner and very confident with the mechanics. They never worry about being overcharged.
