The wait time is kind of ridiculous. I had six people ahead of me and it took an hour and a half. Even if you made an appointment, be ready to sit there for at least two hours after your appointment time. I overheard an couple check in after me with an appointment time after mine and they were seen before me. The female receptionists are so rude. Even if you are kind and patient with them, be ready to receive dry and uncaring answers. I have a family doctor here and they are fantastic. The blood work technician is also lovely.

I have been coming here since I was 2 years old and the doctors are AMAZING… however the new group of front staff are unprofessional, impersonal and rude. They completely ruin the experience for me every time. :/

This review is a long time coming. Our son had a pain in his knee in 2006. We took him to see our doctor, Dr. Randhawa, and he was immediately concerned. After an x-ray there was even more concern. He made referrals to Sick Kids. It was his prompt actions that got us through all the initial testing and in as quickly as he did. Long story short, he supported us through 3 1/2 years of our cancer journey. We lost our son, but Dr. Randhawa was always there, anytime we needed and was a huge support to my stresses as a mom. He has helped me through many of my medical issues. I highly recommend him.
