This morning, my wife and I were going to a really important appointment and our radio started turning off and then the steering wheel got tremendously rigid and it was hard to turn. Called CAA thinking it was just the battery which we knew needed replacing. They showed up and ran tests and said the alternator was on its way out. We then got a tow to NAPA AUTOPRO on Dundas in whitby and we had never been there before, first time. They were really busy and even had a delivery come in and we showed up with no appointment at all but they still took care of us.
