I have been a patient for Dr Pinto for over 15 years. He’s an amazing doctor! The staff are amazing as well they take care of your needs right away. They are very polite and friendly on the phone and in person. The clinic is always very clean and up to standards.

The doctors/healthcare staff are really good! My only concern is the front reception staff. As blood tests are walk-in, I tried to call in and confirm if I was able to still come for the day assigned as I was due for a follow-up. After calling in a few times during the week, they DO NOT even bother to answer their phones. So, I went in with my slip to check in thinking everything would still be okay, then found out once I was there that their blood work services were closed for the day. After being without a family doctor for over three years, we became patients of Dr Maad’s here. Receptionists have always been super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. In this day and age of being lucky to even have a family doctor, I am grateful for one like Dr Maad and for staff like his.
