“Extremely please with the service provided by Duct Care Inc. Aiman & Mohammed were punctual and friendly from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a fantastic job with the duct cleaning service. They use a snake tool to clean out supply vents, not just vacuum. I was able to see live via camera while the snake system was doing its job and it is very clear that just the vacuum system for cleaning is not even marginally sufficent to complete a proper thorough cleaning. Will definately be using thier service again and referring to friends and family. Thank you Aiman & Mohammed, and thank you Duct Care Inc.“

“I have been with Air One for over 35 + years. I believe they had no offices out in Durham. (Mississauga?) back then. They have installed 2 Furnaces, 2 Central Airconditioners. 2 furnace humidifiers. They have been in for preventative maintenance on a regular basis over the years.
I have yet to have a service representative that wasn't polite, patient and answered my inquisitive, sometimes stupid questions and still get the job done well and in good time.
On my more recent purchase of a Furnace the price was better than all other estimates, fast turnaround good work.
Last, the staff in the office couldn't have been more helpful, nice to talk to and arranging work orders.

“The time had come to replace our 16 year old boiler. Mike had brought to our attention that the installation of our old boiler had been done incorrectly. Our old boiler never gave us the heat we demanded, especially in cold weather. There was always a residual smell of gas, that was not leaking from the valves.
