I cannot say enough about Gentle Family Home Care. Dianne was a true blessing in a very difficult time. She provided us with a lovely PSW with just 4 hours notice of my father being released from hospital. She also scheduled PSWs at awkward times with little notice for the rest of the week. We ended up arranging for a regular PSW, Placide, who was caring, kind, gentle and engaged my father with history discussions so my mother could have a break. When my father was admitted to the hospital again within a few weeks, Dianne and Placide were on it. My mom who is 96 requires extra care at the seniors home she is residing at. We tried an agency which we were not completely comfortable with. When we found Gentle Family Home Care, all of our anxiety diminished. The PSW's are nothing less than amazing. They are very courteous and friendly towards my mom. They treat her like family. Absolutely dependable !Dianne, the owner is always available to talk , provide support and guidance when needed.We have complete trust with the staff that we have used. They often go beyond the call of duty!We feel so blessed to have found this agency. Very highly recommended!Patti Jones
