I’ve come to this clinic for over 20 years. The doctors have always been good to deal with up until recently. Everything seems overly rushed, questions aren’t answered thoroughly you wait an hour plus for walk in to be seen for 5-10 minutes. I feel like my health concerns are never adequately answered with a booked appointment. I’ve had other specialists I was supposed to be referred to that I was never referred to.
My main problem is with the reception as is everyone’s problem with this clinic. They are incredibly rude and it’s been that way for years. How this is never addressed is beyond me. Really unfortunate to see this clinic in the state it’s...read full review
Was here for the first time ever on Saturday fo my son. The experience I had far exceeded any walk in clinic including my own family doctor office.
Receptionist was great, nurse very thorough and friendly. The Doctor ( Dr Mirebrahimi) was very thorough, kind and patient with my son. Addressed all the issues, don’t rush us and seemed very caring and compassionate. Thank you again!!
I have received nothing but great service at this clinic since 2009. The receptionist is no nonesense and, super efficient . After my family dr moved from there, I still go to the clinic for urgent care as a walk-in patient. Just this week, i went in with chest pain and they promptly dealt with me. Doctor Dawood and the nurse provided me with excellent care.
