The cost was quoted to me and when I picked up my car, the cost was REDUCED by 30% (about) because they reviewed the bill and realized they didn't do one service. It was pretty awesome that they did that, because I honestly would not have known the difference. AND THEN, the next day I get a text asking me if everything was good with the car.
