I was given decent service at the store but wanted to flag something fishy, as it doesn't sit right after a couple of weeks. When I was purchasing a new tablet for my kid, the young sales associate offered to have my screen protector replaced on my phone as well - on the house. It seemed like a nice gesture so I agreed, not knowing the timeline. She seemed anxious throughout our full transaction, but I thought maybe it's just her personality. Came in the other day looking for television help. I asked an employee working near laptops, Summer. She informed me that all TV department workers had their hands tied at the moment but offered me her own help, informing me that it was not her department but she was willing to try as I was in a rush. This was amazing service. She was honest, informative, sweet, and went out of her way to try and help me with what I needed. Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! 10/10 service!!!!!

Went to Best Buy Ajax and they wouldn't help me at all. Left and went to Whitby. Ty asked to help right away and spent the time to explain the details of the TVs and which one made the most sense to me. They didn't have my choice in stock I went home and research further and ordered the TV on Best Buy website. Thank you Ty for your help.
