I go to ATG pretty consistently for tattoos as I find it’s truly the only shop I’ve ever felt comfortable and welcomed at. Most of my tattoos have been done by Josh @Josh_wilson_tattoos over the last year. I recently got tattooed by Ian @grandpappystattoos for the first time. A lot of Ian’s flash caught my eye lately and I knew I needed something off of it. Ian is always so welcoming and always making everyone laugh in the shop which was one of the main reasons I always felt so comfortable. He’s also an incredible artist and has a ton of flash that he puts so much time and effort into. The pride that Ian holds for the shop does not go unnoticed. I decided to get an eagle from Ian’s flash tattooed. Ian was so kind throughout the whole process and explained everything to me, he reassured me if I needed to take a break just to let him know. He was very attentive to detail and asking for my thoughts on decisions he was making helped me feel included in the process. When Ian was taking photos of my leg outside, people driving and walking by were saying it was such a good tattoo. I’m happy to finally have a tattoo from Ian and will definitely be back to get more.
I got tattooed by Frank tonight. I was so nervous and he was super supportive. All the guys there were great and I LOVE my tattoos. the atmosphere was so chill, the conversations were good. I will 100%be back
