UODATE: UNREAL! third time bringing it back and they told me “Omg so sorry about that we will have it done tomorrow we will call you asap tomorrow to pick it up, so sorry” It’s been 4 DAYS & I had to call THEM back and they told me they need another 5 DAYS??? Because they are just so busy because people brought in shirts to press that are more important …. just WOW. So so so disappointed. I’ve never had service like this in my life :( (also it’s not real fur) and the fabric inside the hood was sewn all bunched up as if someone blind was sewing it… not sure why they don’t check over their work) -100 stars. Not very satisfied unfortunately. Took over two weeks to sew on a piece of fur to my hood and have the sides taken in. They forgot to take in the sides. Got it home again and the fur hood was falling apart… have to take it in once again :( almost a month and it’s still not done.
