They are very responsive and kind in their correspondence. Their product is always done excellently and with high standards. This is my second time using Presstime for custom business apparel. I used them years ago for my small business and again for the company I now work for. Both times were great experiences, great customer service, easy approval of design process, quick quote and turn around time and the product is always perfect. Incredible experience start to finish. Perfect customer service. Wonderful communication. Just the sweetest humans to deal with business to business. Our merch was done quicker than expected and the quality is absolutely top notch. I couldn't recommend them more.
