What an incredible company, I could go on and on about the quality of product and workmanship, the fair pricing, the wonderful approach to customer service by everyone we interacted with through the process but the most amazing part of the whole experience came yesterday, 8 years after our initial install, during a heavy rainstorm, we noticed a small leak threatening our newly renovated washroom, we called precision for help and they went out of their way to have someone out the same day to fix the issue.
