Mobile Phone Repair in Welland

“Bought my S21 here last year. They were fine to deal with but I've had a lot of Samsung phones and this S21 was the worst ever. I should have returned it and upgraded with their 90 day guarantee but i thought I was the problem rather than the phone. The phone was just quirky. Finally this morning it wouldn't even turn on, so I took it into Ca mart to see if they would fire it up. It wouldn't and they said perhaps the cracked glass was the problem. They gave me a repair price and then I wondered if a phone that old was worth putting $275 into. So I asked to see others since I didn't like this phone anyway. I picked an S24 and Harjit said they would do a temporary fix on my old one and then transfer the data for a nominal charge. Since the new phone was twice the price of the repair, I decided to buy it. Harjit switched the sim card to the new phone so I could use it and I was to come back later after they had diagnosed the issues and had my data retrievable. As we were finishing up Harjit picked up my old phone and it suddenly came on....wouldn't you know, just after I bought a new one. But she was great...I didn't have to pay for diagnosis and she did the transfer of data right there since both phones were working...so She didn't charge for that. So now I appear to have a spare older working phone as well. I was there a long time and Harjit spent a lot of time showing me choices and giving me options. I'm old and asked a lot of questions and deliberated over what to do and Harjit was very patient and accommodating. I had been having a tough day but it was so nice to get my problems solved and save a bit of money too. I'm a repeat customer and I feel I was treated very well. I hope the S24 and I will get along!!“
