I recently went to the Universal Barber Shop, and I have to say that the entire experience was excellent.I had my hair done by Pouya. Pouya's attention to detail and professionalism were evident right away. He made sure he understood everything I wanted by taking the time to listen to my preferences and concerns. The experience was enhanced by his friendly disposition and aptitude for conversation. His genuine concern for his clients' satisfaction is evident.
First time getting a haircut here. The place is clean and tidy. Pouya is very friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was great. It has been a while since I got a haircut and I left the salon feeling human again lol.
