I had an appointment today and I was so genuinely happy about it. the dentist actually cares and wants to help fix my pain! I've never had a dentist that showed compassion and determination. I am so glad I switched and to have the help I need!

This dental centre is a well oiled machine. Right away booking was so simple, the staff was very attentive and highly responsive. The detailed client form in advance saves you time and the COVID pre-screening was contact less which was very safe and efficient. Upon you send a text so the waiting area would not be flooded and kept their clients moving safely though their appointments. This was the first time I have ever gone to a dentist appointment and not waited at all. Upon entry the staff members were attentive and very welcoming. The entire place is spotless. You can tell every expense and effort has gone into creating a safe environment for their customers and staff members. When you are watching people work you can tell a lot about an environment. You can tell the team works really well together and are very respectful of one another. It was a really nice energy, it didn't feel cold at all. Jessie, Jack and Laurie helped us out they were all punctual, welcoming, kind, educated, gentle and attentive. I have never been to the dentist where the dentist didn't seem to be in a huge rush, Dr. Shamji took a lot of care and time with us. He was really kind and spoke directly to my kids making them and their concerns feel validated. He didn't treat them like they weren't there and talked over them to me the entire time. He explained everything he was doing, showed them their x-rays in detail and made every effort to have them open up to him about any fears or concerns they have about their teeth. Thank you all again! We will be lifers.
