The technician that was here, John, did an excellent job of finding the problem and explaining what additional work has to be done. Good work, John. It was a pleasure having you in our home.
We needed a smaller water heater. I called on Friday and it was installed on Saturday. The technician was very professional and easy to talk to. The original technician who checked out the system knew exactly what he was doing and, again, professional and explained everything so that I could easily understand. Great service all round!!
Reliance Technician named Fabian was at my house on Aug 18, to install a motor on my furnace. He seemed to know his trade and completed the installation and then tested. It seems to be working fine now. He was nice and polite gentleman.
