Very happy with service over the years at my home and yesterday received very good service at the office from Elaine and two other ladies. They helped and accessed help for my furnace filter and for my humidifier tube and connectors. They were efficient, friendly and today I picked up my new filter which a service person had exchanged as well as new insulation as both had been wet.

Josh was very efficient and professional in his work on our furnace today. Rietzel Heating had installed our furnace in 2015, and the two parts replaced today were still, thankfully, covered by warranty. It is helpful to deal with an honest family business.

Reitzel Heating & Air have amazing customer service. They installed a brand new furnace, were prompt, courteous,kept the work area clean and ensured that everything was in perfect working order! I highly recommend Reitzel Heating & Air !
