Lost 80 lbs in one year. This gym was my home away from home. Very luxurious with lots of options of classes (included in membership) including cycling, hot yoga, dance, aerial fitness and weight lifting. They have a Hot Yoga room and after the sessions provide you with water and a moistened towel for cool down. Some of the best instructors. They also offer childcare for a decent price.
I wanted to give a huge thanks to Ehsan! A year ago I was convinced to have him as my personal trainer. A year later I lost 30 lbs and gained the knowledge to keep it going on my own! He recently moved up to Waterloo to train at Movati, if you're looking to transform, he's your guy!
This is unbelievable. I am coming on Saturday to training and seeing closed doors. The guys just decided to celebrate something. They don't care that people pay them to keep the place running.
