The team at Mantels Plus was great to work woth from planning to after installation questions.First, they called me back for a quote immediately. This was amazing as others either waited days or didn't call back at all.Erica was so knowledgeable- as a designer and also understood the technical side. She helped up place alot with a little space.Scott was also incredibly knowledgeable- it was nice to have the same person who measured, quoted and we explained our vision to be the one who came to install. We had Mantles Plus install a fireplace in the basement and match the mantle colour for a covering of the support beam post. It is truly hard to say enough good things about the experience. I gave up trying to pick a mantle colour to match the flooring. Erika said she would do it and " I will amaze you " And she did. In today's busy online world Mantles Plus provides, patient, kind and PROFESSIONAL service. Scott came to install the post cover and I was wowed by how it looked. When you are making a decision to have a fireplace or custom wood work, I would say that the good news is, your search is over. Scott and Erika THANK YOU for everything.
