I had an issue with two malfunctioning light sockets on a dimmer switch. Lance carefully diagnosed and repaired the situation. He safely extracted the damaged light bulbs, replaced them and provided a recommendation for a more permanent solution. I found Lance to be very professional, courteous, smart and time-efficient. We contacted Lance after learning our newly purchased home had aluminum wiring. He promptly came to our house and assessed what we were dealing with. Not only did he list and price each concern, he also took the time to explain in detail what he recommended and why. When Lance was inspecting the wiring under a basement staircase he also found a framing concern we missed that helped us repair a sloping floor. After we agreed to the work he outlined, Himself and his apprentice completed the work within two days and we couldn't be more satisfied with the end result.
