Today was day one of our project and already totally impressed. Ryan and his staff are so professional and friendly. Just had to say how happy we are and can't wait till tomorrow to see the progress day two will bring. Awesome company to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have no hesitation in giving a reference for Greenway Landscaping and the owner Ryan Dean. I am very pleased with the work completed by the Greenway team. Greenway removed an existing flagstone patio which was causing drainage problems in my basement. They had to excavate and create a retaining wall before replacing the flagstone patio. I obtained several other estimates before deciding on Greenway. The Greenway estimate was not the least expensive estimate but I felt more confident about Greenway’s ability to complete the work to my satisfaction. The Greenway estimate was quite detailed and I felt that Ryan had a better understanding of my concerns regarding drainage and would be able to make the patio both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Greenway repaired the damage to my existing lawns caused by the machinery used during the patio installation. In some areas sod was used and in less damaged areas, grass seed was used. I should add that the seed used sprouted up very quickly. I was very comfortable with Greenway’s crew being on my property. As a single woman living alone, this was important. The men working for Greenway were all very polite and they made sure to tidy away their lunch refuse and to put away tools before leaving at the end of each day. They were also willing to answer any questions I had throughout the week. They were here for an entire week. The young man in charge of the work crew was very meticulous and made sure that they adhered to the Ontario Building Code and he made sure the patio was graded away from the house’s foundation. Everything was carefully measured and re- measured. Greenway’s owner Ryan visited my property several times throughout the week to check on the progress. I can confidently recommend Greenway Landscaping. I believe them to be reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I plan to use Greenway to complete more landscaping work for me in 2020.
