Generation Fertility Waterloo

I was having a tough time finding information from other clinics for my situation and this clinic has been my saviour. Generation Fertility has the most helpful, responsive and accommodating staff~ from reception to lab coordinator. They were very involved on giving me options, set me up with a doctor even on a tight schedule. Special mention and thanks to the clinic manager Ms Sonja who has always explained in detail the process and answered my questions exhaustively, even pointing out topics I have not thought of. Trust me when I say most clinics will just say no, but this one will actually find out first and try to help as much as they can.

Great experience so far. Throughout my treatment the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They reply to emails with questions within 24h. The front desk is so flexible accommodating my schedule. I suggest the clinic for your fertility journey.
