First time at Fitzgerald Carpet...the staff...especially Jen were very courteous and helpful...I didn't know much about carpeting before and the staff were informative and attentive...I would recommend Fitzgerald Carpet One to anyone with carpet needs ???

The staff here are truly amazing! They are so helpful and patient in assisting with selections. We were trying to find a match for some plank flooring in our house to replace a few chipped boards. Their expertise was much appreciated. They even allowed us to take home a sample to ensure it would match up with our existing floor. Note: unfortunately under the lighting of our home, the flooring was not a match so we did not end up ordering through them BUT my experience with Fitzgerald's has made this location my future go to flooring store!

Would 10/10 recommend using Fitzgerald's. Darcy, Jenn, and the installation team were all tremendous. They went above and beyond a few times to help ease our worries about the new flooring and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. They kept us updated with a few supplier issues as well as delivered the product and installation at the exact time they promised with zero hiccups. Very fair pricing as well and will certainly be using them for future jobs. I will recommend them to folks whenever I can!
