“Nebras is the best instructor I ever had. I went with 2 other instructors before I approached her. The other instructors were either not patient or not teaching rules . Nebras taught me all the rules so well, she would recapitulate all the rules again and again until you understood it well. I was a person who had lots of driving anxiety. I was able to overcome it .
