We are eternally grateful that we chose Nicole to guide us through our home buying process. As first-time buyers, it was a steep learning curve, but Nicole made it all feel manageable. At the start, we didn’t really have a great idea of what kind of house we were looking for. We expressed interest in a number of wildly different listings, and Nicole was happy to patiently take us through each house. She was so helpful, pointing out great features, areas that have potential, and some possible pitfalls to look out for. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, observant, and thoughtful. Equally important is that we never, ever felt pressured by Nicole. We had a lot of anxiety and nerves when putting in our first offer, and Nicole was so supportive throughout it all. She was happy to explain anything that we had questions about, and was always very responsive. But make no mistake, she is also a phenomenal negotiator. We always felt we were in capable hands. It is absolutely thanks to Nicole that we ended up in the lovely house that we ultimately purchased. We were scheduled to see it later in the week, but Nicole discovered that the sellers were considering an early offer. Knowing it was a house we were interested in, she was able to secure us a showing that very day, even during difficult pandemic scheduling!
