So thankful to Dr. MANN, Jenna and the staff at Waterdown Animal Hospital. They were very respectful and compassionate during our cat's end of life planning. They even lit a (battery operated) candle and made the environment comfortable. Felt very well cared for .
I using used the aldershot one but they were closed. I had an emergency problem with my dog. Lola, who was not able to poop for 3 days. They got me in the next day and got me medication. And now she is starting to feel better. Thank you so much for staff at Watertown... you guys are awesome..
This was my first time going to this clinic and the staff and vet were extremely helpful, and welcoming. Me and my sister brought our American bully puppy (1 years old Lucie)her ears were infected and she keeps scratching at her paws and we decided to google Lucies symptoms and got a little scared. The vet explained everything we were worried about and explained to us what to look out for as well. Vet is great with answering all your questions and explained everything in details so that you don't leave the clinic confused about what you just paid for. I'm from Ancaster and I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. It's definitely worth the drive.
