I've received many, many compliments on my sunflower tattoo. I was very nervous with the aftercare and texted Hannah to go over the instructions again. She responded in a timely manner and all is well. The shop is very clean and I noticed how well another employee was sterilizing his work station. He’s also very kind and very clean i see him sanitize everything properly aswell as washing his hands after every step. Dylan is also very fast and efficient with his work i find that he’s able to finish the tattoo in a timely manner while also paying attention to detail and ensuring i like it.“

From day 1 she was amazing, she was quick to respond, she was understanding when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to work and once I finally made it in to see her, she had already drawn up my tattoo, she gave me options on the size I was most happy with, then she got to setting up and once she started working, she was fun to chat with and made my experience comfortable because I honestly did not feel any pain at all! The only lace was very clean and it really seemed like the main guy knew what he was talking about when it came to tattoos and the after care of them. The price was amazing!“

“I haven't had a tattoo done this side of the 2010s so I was a bit nervous. I booked with Venus for a relatively simple tattoo but it definitelyneeded some refinement and an artists eye. The whole shop was clean, beautiful and staffed by friendly and professional personnel. At each step I was met with professionalism and exemplary customer care.<br><br>I screwed up my appointment time by accident (thanks dyslexia) and they worked to get me in same day which I'm sure inconvenienced them but no one would know it by their demeanor.<br><br>Venus worked hard to find the perfect placement and size, in fact the prep took longer than the actual tattoo. She used perfect aseptic technique to setup the area and prep the skin. Then she began to tattoo me...well she said she was tattooing me but I had to ask if she had even started yet. Her tattooing technique uses intermittent positive pressure on the skin to reduce discomfort and irritation. Nearly 2 hours later and I am still looking at it to make sure it's there since I can't feel much.<br><br>TL/DR: Clean, professional, fair pricing, amazing vibe, friendly, excellent artwork and accommodating. Am I coming back? Yes. Do I recommend Ace and Sword? 100% yes.<br><br>Venus and staff: you're all beautiful and talent folx, thank you for making this middle aged woman's year!“

She was so friendly and even though I have many piercings I still get really nervous and she was so so kind and reassuring. Also by far my least painful piercings so quick and no swelling at all, where as my previous nose piercing from a different piercer hurt the worst and swelled like you wouldn’t believe . 100/10 will be back again! &lt;3<br><br>Requested style: I let Cait choose the placement for me and it’s perfect and I love it“
