I was originally attracted by the less pain, quicker recovery laser surgical options and have continued my relationship with this clinic through several pets over more than 20 years.

I have always felt that Dr. Watzin and her team presented me with all the available options for care and have never made me feel pressured to pick one approach over the other.

In 2022 I made the decision to euthanize our elderly cat because the prospects of a recovery with surgery were very slim. The team stayed late to ensure that my children had all the time they needed to say goodbye and to feel comfortable with what was happening. The small gestures that day demonstrated that they truly care about their customers and patients very deeply, and helped my children cope with saying goodbye to their beloved friend.
