Despite not realizing initially it was a family of squirrels vs. one, and it being 3 stories up Adam was able to effectively remove the squirrels (without harming them), seal the area where they got in and ensure they weren't coming back (mesh wiring along all windows on the floor). He kept me informed along the way of what he was doing and why, and made it clear he would keep coming back until the squirrels were gone. Amazing service and courteous delivery. Price was better than others.
Justin was great to talk to. Told him my tale of woe & he was very kind & compassionate & said he would do what he could to help me out.Sent out Kenny the next day & Kenny put a one way trap on my roof to catch the raccoon & 5 mesh covers to protect the roof vents. He also checked around the roof & said everything looked good. I felt so much better. He did a great job.
