Just had my first appointment with Charlene and I can't describe the amazing experience I had! So friendly and welcoming, I came in with oily, hard to manage, easily tangling hair and left with soft, light and beautiful hair that made me feel great again! She somehow knew exactly what I wanted even though I wasn't able to describe it! I am so happy with my hair now, I will 1000% be returning soon for all my hair needs I can't recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for a great haircut and a wonderful experience!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
I had an appointment yesterday with Charlene and I have been thinking about my appointment since I left. Charlene asked questions about what I wanted, questions about how my hair ‘behaves’ (how it fades, what tones come through etc.) and took the time to explain the process and whys to me. I cannot think of a better experience I have ever had getting my hair done. I left feeling important, my hair has never looked or felt so good, and you’re sure to laugh and have a good time.
