I go to the store all the time they're so friendly and have been patient with my dog learning over the last couple of months. Recently they were all commenting on how far she has come which made me feel so great! They have been so great about returns as we have been testing products throughout her entrance to settling into a life with me and helping us find the right ones. The location in Barrie wouldn't even let us try things on properly because they were worried about repackaging if it didn't fit. This location always lets us try things on before we take things out of the store no matter how many ones we need to try on. I always really appreciate that.... read full review

The staff again was the best at supplying me with the perfect item for my young pup. I was concerned about him choking on chew bones but they had the knowledge to steer me to the perfect item

The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They always make sure to say hi to my little guy whenever we go in and they’ll even play with him if they’re not too busy. This location always has the items we need and our preferred brands. It’s always a treat to visit Pet Valu Wasaga Beach
